Located 30 minutes from Glacier National Park, surrounded by 13 golf courses, lakes & river, 30 minutes from Whitefish Mountain Ski, 52 miles from the Canada border & 30 minutes from Flathead Lake. This is a very unique home situated in a gorgeous setting of woods with mountain views. It is 2 homes in 1. The Main House or Griz Lair is a 2 story home: 1st floor has living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen & dining area, & 1/2 bath; 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms (1 KIng master suite, 1 Queen & 1 bunk room (2 bunks & rollaway) & 2 full bathrooms & laundry room. The other side of the house is Griz Loft: accessed from a separate entrance or through the house if sharing; It is a fully equipped lock out 2 story loft that sleeps 6; fully equipped kitchen, TV balcony & access to laundry room through lock out door to main house. Each side has its own propane BBQ and access to deck in the wooded yard.

Guest of Griz Lair are included in the amenities offered by Gaynor Ranch Resorts - Cabins in the Woods which are located on the property adjacent to Griz Lair. They offer hay rides, horse rides, fishing, hot tubs, Sunday steak dinner and Thursday dinner at the Yurt. Winter amenities include sleigh rides.

Each side can be rented separately for different rates. Griz Lair regular rate is $375; Griz Loft regular rate is $175
