Red Eagle model of Monterra does have stairs up from entry/garage to main living area and also from there up to bedrooms, so not suitable for young children or elderly if stairs are an issue. Large dining area with sofa makes for comfortable large meal gatherings! Convenient to clubhouse which is outfitted with business center and internet access.
