Shangri-La Mountain Lodge is a breath-taking custom log home that is over 3100 square feet. The home is only 12 miles from Colorado’s world-class Breckenridge ski resort. Copper Mountain, Keystone, and A-Basin are also less than 30 minutes away. Access to the main highway (Highway 9) is less than 5 minutes so there are no long drive on dirt roads to get to all of the fun activities in the area. Built with full-sized premium logs, this is a classic, like you see in the log home magazines. The vaulted ceiling is 24’ high and is made from tongue and groove pine. The two-story windows offer the best views of the snow-covered mountain ranges and valleys. The custom hickory wood floors and cabinetry are throughout the main level of the house. There are two large seating areas in the living room with a two-story stone fireplace to sit by and watch the beautiful snow fall. The custom kitchen has state of the art stainless steel appliances, hickory cabinets and it’s own fireplace! The view from the window will make cooking a delight. The dining area has a large table that seats 8-10 people.
There are 3 luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a game room for extra sleeping. The master suite has its own private balcony and wood burning fireplace with breath taking views. The lodge also has a large wrap-around deck with panoramic mountain views and a brand new hot tub for viewing the stars and enjoying the moonlit white-capped mountains year around.
