This brand new, green-built, eco-home is located six blocks from downtown Bozeman on the north side of town. Ample natural light shines into the open floor plan of this tall house, creating a cozy and relaxing environment with interesting elevated views of the immediate neighborhood as well as of the mountains in the distance. The proximity to Main Street and to Beall Park invites guests to walk the beautiful tree lined streets of old Bozeman. During the winter months enjoy watching the fire in the elegant Rais wood-burning stove. Intrinsik Architecture won a 2008 Design Merit Award for Apple Treehouse from the American Institute of Architecture- Montana. The brilliant design of this property, including the artful, pivoting staircase leading to the loft, will make the house itself one of the fond memories of your stay in Bozeman.

Apple Treehouse was designed and built by an environmentally aware team of architects and builders, so it goes well beyond Mountain Home’s minimum requirements to be a Green Home.
