Resort Watchers like most new school web 2.0 companies is a small organization. We have the oddballs, the sports nuts and the I have to go to the spa people. What we all have in common is a vision for the future of travel and commitment to developing a company to achieve those goals every day. Our company works like a think tank, meaning each person plays a crucial role in what we are trying to accomplish. We believe in chemistry and balance as a unit. We encourage outside the box thinking, creativity and loyalty to our goal of becoming the not only a leader but the standard in our industry.
We are very much a think tank environment where what’s on your mind is more valuable than what’s on your feet and neck. The office is open making collaboration easy, whiteboards to capture concepts and plenty of room to think on your feet. Whitefish is an amazing community in the summer and the winter. Shred epic pow all winter and find yourself on the never ending miles of hiking trails in the summer.
